As a bishop of a diocese with a coastline I was keen to support the ‘Rosary on the Coast’ initiative. I asked Fr Andrew and the parishioners of Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Immingham to host our diocesan involvement in this enterprise of prayer and witness. This will take place on Sunday 29th April at Corpus Christi Church, Cleethorpes, leaving at 2.30pm to walk to the Pier Gardens to pray the rosary at 3pm. Archbishop Tartaglia sends his support for Rosary on the Coast
Catholics in the Archdiocese of Glasgow have been encouraged to pray the Rosary by Archbishop Tartaglia as part of a unique day of prayer round the coast. "I am delighted to see the initiative of praying the rosary round the coast spring up from the grass roots of the Church. It shows the depth of faith of our lay people and the strength of their devotion to Our Lady..
